The Grinberg Method

If you like to gain a first impression of the Grinberg Method, the 20-minute Sessions are a good starting point - here you can experience different techniques of the body work and also get to know me and my work.

20-minute Sessions

There are 3 different types of 20-minute Sessions. Depending on your physical condition, or your interest, the focus of a session can be on different areas of the body:

The session for the upper back, shoulder and neck area has the intention, that the person can be more aware of his body tension in these areas, and that, through a variety of different touches, moves and instructions, also focusing on breathing, a noticeable relaxation in the back, shoulder and neck area will take place.
If there is discomfort or physical pain on the middle and lower back, it's possible to take a 20-minute-session while lying on a table. The purpose of this session will be in reducing the effort and stress that is felt beforehand in this area. Another effect can be, that the connection between the lower back, pelvis and legs will be more noticeable.
The work on the feet can be an interesting and maybe surprising experience, concerning the whole body, where a state of more silence, concentration and ease can be achieved.

The Grinberg Method - You can try it out.

The 20-minute Sessions take place in the Grinberg Studio at Schliemannstr. 34, 10437 Berlin - Prenzlauer Berg.
